I had a great stay at the New Inn. The room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the friendly staff who were quick to help with any requests. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection. I enjoyed the full English breakfast and fresh coffee. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Sandwich, making it easy to explore. the noise from the pub downstairs was a bit distracting at night. The TV remote was inconsistent and didn't work well, which was frustrating. The duvet felt a bit short for the bed size, making sleeping comfortably a challenge. the atmosphere was lively and engaging, which I liked.

The off-street parking was a huge plus, and the generous English breakfast was of a high standard. some of the towels showed signs of wear, and the room felt slightly overcrowded with furniture. More variety at breakfast would have enhanced the experience overall.
